How We Lead
Vantella was established by three complementary founders: Emma Fradgley – Business Development Director; Calum Brown – Finance & HR Director; and Jordan White – Operations Director. Collectively, they offer over 55 years of experience across facilities management, building services, engineering, finance, HR, business development and commercial leadership.
